How was everyone’s weekend? I hope you all had time to relax and unwind.
Mine was extremely busy BUT so much fun! Friday night my boyfriend and I drove up to Rochester, NY to take part in a surprise party for one of my best friends. It was such a fun time, we all got to catch up and sip on cocktails along the Eerie Canal.
Saturday I was able to spend some time at the George Eastman Museum with family who lives near Rochester. After the museum, my boyfriend and I began out 3 hour drive back to town. As soon as we got back I went to my hair appointment and had about 6 inches chopped off, then promptly went back to my boyfriend’s and fell asleep for a few hours. Saturday night we had yet another party to go to, but this time it was a farewell party for one of our good friends who is moving to Florida.
Sunday morning was spent in bed recuperating from the long weekend and avoiding the endless amounts of snow we got – close to 3 feet!
Yesterday, I wrote on my Instagram that this week was going to be a light week for me blogging wise. The reason why I decided to do this is because I know that this is a crazy week for everyone, between Thanksgiving and Black Friday, I am sure many of you will not have the time to learn any new DIY projects.
That being said, I thought today I would talk about Pinterest…
Pinterest is my drug. Like seriously, how addicting?
I feel like any decor obsessed person (guilty!) is on that site multiple times a day, just pinning their lives away (guilty again!)
I basically live vicariously through all of the beautifully decorated and perfectly executed rooms. I picture myself rolling out of bed in the morning, slipping into my robe, and walking through my house with all of the rooms looking just like the ones I see on Pinterest. Totally normal right?
Someone tell me I’m not the only one.
With my Pinterest obsession only growing stronger, I thought today it would be fun to give you a tour of my “Pinterest Dream House” aka a collection of pins that I am IN LOVE with. You guys down?
Let’s start it off…
I’m sure you guys see the theme in all of these pins…NEUTRALS! I am obsessed with neutrals and one day when I have enough money to buy a house you can bet it will be neutrals all throughout. They are just so mellow and calming. Very zen, you know?
So which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments below and for even MORE of my pins, follow me on Pinterest!
And as always, thanks for reading xo
